Descrição

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor to Regional Sales Directors and enterprise customers • Own pre-sales discovery, solution scoping, proof-of-concepts, and post-sale integration support • Diagnose network/SIM/module/application issues • Drive successful certification/launch outcomes across MNOs and geographies • Partner with Sales on discovery and propose Telit Connectivity strategy • Lead first-time attach and KPI baselining • Act as the front-line technical interface for complex issues; triage across device and application layers • Translate field learnings into sales collateral and sizing guides

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience • 5+ years in cellular IoT as a Field Application Engineer, Technical Support/Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar • Solid understanding of cellular technologies and device behaviors • Experience designing and bringing up connectivity solutions • Proficiency with module/AT-level debugging and log capture • Working knowledge of operator certification paths • Core IP and security skills • Customer-facing communication excellence
