Descrição

• Own Teton’s Digital Growth Engine • Design and operate the systems that drive awareness and engagement across key digital channels including email, website, and paid media. • Develop a measurable growth model that connects marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes. • Build and manage Teton’s email programs including newsletters, product announcements, campaign distribution, and lifecycle nurturing. • Optimize Teton’s website as a growth channel. Improve conversion across key journeys such as product education, content engagement, and demo interest. • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn and industry publications. • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content on campaign launches, product announcements, and industry narratives.

🎯 Requisitos

• 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing roles • Strong experience managing email marketing, website optimization, and paid media • Experience operating marketing platforms such as HubSpot, marketing automation tools, and analytics systems • Demonstrated ability to design and run growth experiments across channels • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing performance and pipeline impact • Ability to collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Content teams • Experience in healthcare, senior living, or regulated industries is a plus but not required.
