Descrição

• Support growth through technical sales expertise and customer relationship management • Provide sophisticated technical guidance while promoting the life science product portfolio • Work with academic, pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial customers • Collaborate with sales teams and customers • Deliver value propositions and conduct product demonstrations • Provide comprehensive application support • Help customers advance research and manufacturing capabilities

🎯 Requisitos

• Master's degree plus 2 years of technical sales experience or equivalent laboratory/industry experience • Professional certifications relevant to specific product areas may be required for certain positions • Deep technical expertise in relevant scientific applications and workflows • Strong presentation and consultation skills for technical product demonstrations • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English; additional languages as needed • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and relevant technical software • Strong project management and organizational capabilities • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time to customer sites and events • Experience developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships • In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization • Self-directed ability to work independently while supporting team objectives • Demonstrated problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with scientific advances • Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
