Descrição

• Devise implementation strategies, assess client readiness, and orchestrate Thrive engineering teams as the technical project lead for Enterprise clients • Oversee successful technical execution of projects defined in Thrive Project Plans, Orders, and Scopes of Service • Ensure project outcomes satisfy Thrive’s Enterprise clients • Participate in hands-on engineering efforts and technical decision-making as needed • Provide technical ownership for Enterprise client projects involving Microsoft 365, Thrive security offerings, cloud infrastructure platforms, network infrastructure, Windows Server technology, and line-of-business applications • Assess and implement technologies across diverse computing environments • Analyze unfamiliar client environments to determine the most secure, efficient, and successful path to documented project goals • Coordinate and prioritize engineers from multiple distributed teams • Translate customer business needs into technical implementations • Adjust technical approaches to shifting client priorities • Communicate project plans, potential impacts, and testing procedures to clients at technical and executive levels • Track and manage time across multiple ongoing projects

🎯 Requisitos

• Technical ownership of Thrive Enterprise client projects involving Microsoft 365 Platform, Thrive Security Service Offerings, VMWare, Azure, AWS, network infrastructure, Windows Server technology, and line-of-business applications • Ability to assess and implement technologies across diverse computing environments for enterprise clients • Ability to analyze unfamiliar client environments and identify secure, efficient, and successful implementation paths • Ability to coordinate and prioritize engineers from multiple distributed teams • Ability to translate customer business needs into technical realities • Ability to perform hands-on engineering as necessary • Ability to adapt technical approaches to shifting client priorities • Ability to communicate project plans, potential impacts, and testing procedures clearly and professionally at technical and executive levels • Ability to track and manage time across multiple ongoing projects • Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Degree or equivalent work experience • 6-8+ years of administrative and/or project experience with Windows Server and related technologies • 6-8+ years of workstation, network, and/or public cloud support experience • Experience with monitoring and remote management tools • Experience with highly complex technical projects involving multiple workstreams • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Preferred: Experience using ServiceNow or other project management software • Preferred: Experience in ITIL methodology and change management processes • Preferred: Willingness to improve team processes and contribute to team and company initiatives
