Descrição

• As an Account Executive (AE), you are responsible for actively selling our Jobticket+ solution to companies. • You will play a lead role in expanding our market presence and acquiring new corporate customers. • The role is heavily outbound-focused: you will work with AI-qualified leads and need a genuine "hunter" mentality with a proven track record in B2B sales and deal-closing. • You will manage the entire sales process: from automated lead generation and inbound conversion to closing. • You will identify and contact the right B2B contacts across various industries. • You will develop and execute AI-driven sales strategies to achieve (and exceed) your targets. • You will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations. • You will present Jobticket+ and demonstrate the value we offer to prospective customers. • You will negotiate contracts and reliably bring deals to a close. • You will use our AI tools to understand market trends, monitor competitors, and uncover new opportunities. • You will provide reliable, timely sales forecasts and reports.

🎯 Requisitos

• Required: German at native-speaker level. • 2–5 years of work experience. • Proven track record of regularly exceeding sales quotas as a B2B Account Executive (or in a similar closing role). • Thorough understanding of the B2B sales process. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially in closing. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships. • Motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed. • Able to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline. • Experience with AI-powered sales tools. • Experience in the mobility or transportation industry is a plus.
