Descrição

• Drives sales performance and maximizes revenue by engaging with retailers and implementing targeted sales initiatives within assigned territory. • Builds strong relationships with retail partners to enhance brand visibility and customer activation for T-Mobile prepaid brands. • Provides sales training and support to store personnel to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness. • Ensures optimal merchandising and inventory levels by monitoring store displays and coordinating with retail partners. • Collaborates with internal and external partners to resolve issues and improve market outcomes. • Analyzes sales data and prepares regular reports to track performance and identify opportunities for growth. • Solves problems and addresses challenges by proactively identifying and implementing solutions in the retail environment.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, or Related Field (Preferred) • Associate's Degree Business, Sales, or Related Field (Preferred) • High School Diploma/GED General Studies (Required) • 2-4 years Sales experience in an acquisition capacity, including building and managing relationships with retailers or channel partners (Required) • 2-4 years Implementing sales training and merchandising initiatives to drive product visibility and customer activation in a retail environment (Required) • 2-4 years Collaborating with internal and external partners to resolve issues, optimize inventory levels, and improve market outcomes (Required)
