Descrição

• Responsible for driving sales and profitability in alignment with our strategic plan • Ensure the quality of sourcing and sales, customer satisfaction, opportunity and risk assessment • Suggest new trade opportunities and product development • Keeps track of international market developments • Assess customer payment risks • Ensure optimal customer satisfaction • Responsible for handling product complaints from customers • Define all quality aspects towards all product providers and customers • Follow product specifications as defined by the quality department • Ensures all suppliers meet supplier approval with the Quality Assurance Manager • Ensures effective safety procedures, tools, and record-keeping are managed through site leadership

🎯 Requisitos

• BA Business Management, Marketing, International Trade, Agriculture, or related field a plus • At least 5 years of experience in sales, international trade, or a comparable function • Must possess a strong working knowledge of the import/export environment • Successful customer service experience • Working knowledge of ERP systems • Proficiency with MS Office • Proven communication skills – verbal and written • Successful experience finding prospects, turning prospects into leads, and leads into customers' preferred • Demonstrated experience building rapport with customers and curating durable relationships • Strong organizational skills • Thrives working in ambiguous situations • Ability to solve challenging problems • Prioritize and meet deadlines • Work with minimal direction
