Descrição

• Work side by side with the CGO to turn big picture strategy into real, executable revenue plans across every growth lane. • Proactively hunt, qualify, and move deals forward across enterprise and emerging brands, data platform, service offerings and revenue models, and strategic partnerships. • Take ownership of early-stage growth from opportunity discovery through a qualified, actively moving pipeline. • Utilize syndicated data to identify and target the right brands and convert outreach and introductions into active deal flow. • Be a face and voice of the organization in the Natural CPG world, building trusted relationships and expanding reach. • Identify and execute opportunities within the current portfolio to expand into broader coverage models. • Collaborate on creative, value-add propositions to unlock growth.

🎯 Requisitos

• Experience using syndicated data (e.g., SPINS, Aislytics, or similar tools). • Deeply connected in the Natural Foods / CPG industry and actively use your network to create opportunities. • Proven Sourcing: Ability to source and move opportunities forward through outbound outreach and relationships. • Experience working alongside and supporting C-level executives. • Highly skilled at building compelling decks and materials that clearly communicate value and win business. • Strong communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging with founders, executives, and internal teams. • Operationally strong, able to manage multiple opportunities and maintain a dynamic pipeline. • Sharp eye for emerging brands and categories, with a real interest in what’s next in Natural CPG. • A do-what-it-takes mentality, staying resourceful, scrappy, and focused on getting deals done. • Energized by mission-driven organizations and align with the commitment to people + planet over profit. • Bringing energy, collaboration, and connection to the team.
