Descrição

• Provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account to achieve strategic business objectives • Support a financial retail banking client on a large volume of projects • Manage projects involving HVAC, roofing, parking lot upgrades, and related construction work • Manage all areas of singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout • Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work plan schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process • Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements • Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation • Direct the project delivery team and provide guidance to achieve goals • Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule • Track project progress and report status and variances • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans • Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks • Apply standard principles and techniques to complete complex assignments and provide innovative solutions • Coach others and share knowledge across job disciplines

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a field related to construction preferred • Strong organizational and management skills • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team • Effective presentation skills • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools • Strong communication skills • Ability to work in the Mountain time zone • No travel required
