Descrição

• Build and execute strategies to build your agency and sales plan • Recruit and inspire new agents as well as create depth in existing agency relationships • Develop and monitor territorial/state agency plans • Spearhead agency/territorial review process • Know and properly administer the various components of the customer bonus plan • Manage Agency Production Initiatives to meet territorial objectives • Establish and monitor individual customer commitments • Own loyalty and retention initiatives such as relationship building at all levels of an agency • Develop and monitor territorial/state target market plans

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years' experience in P&C Commercial Lines marketing or underwriting preferred • In-depth understanding of the insurance industry, including competitors, trends, and best practices • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead talent toward a common goal • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience • Significant insurance education, such as INS, AU, CPCU or the demonstrated willingness to pursue insurance education is strongly recommended. • Candidates that don't meet the above experience/education, may be considered as Field Sales Representative
