Descrição

• Manage 2–4 concurrent implementations for Veryon’s Tracking, Tracking+, and Diagnostics solutions • Drive project lifecycles from kickoff to completion, ensuring deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality standards • Deliver regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for customer stakeholders • Lead kickoff and status meetings • Proactively address client concerns and manage expectations • Own project documentation, including plans, requirements, scope changes, and meeting minutes • Maintain project management tools and systems for contract reviews and project scoping • Identify and escalate risks and potential issues to senior leadership • Follow company best practices and participate in project and QA reviews • Contribute to process improvement initiatives • Coordinate internal resources with Business Consultants and technical teams • Support team development through knowledge sharing and onboarding • Participate in strategic planning sessions

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on project management experience • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a professional services or technology implementation environment • Demonstrated experience in client-facing or customer success roles • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook • Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management approaches • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present to various stakeholder levels • Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately • Customer service orientation with professional demeanor • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or project activities, up to 15% • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required • PMP or CAPM certification, or planning to pursue project management certifications • Background in software implementation or technology consulting preferred • Experience with enterprise software solutions or SaaS implementations preferred
