Descrição

• Design end-to-end technology solutions meeting business requirements, performance standards, and scalability needs • Develop solution architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps • Evaluate and recommend platforms, tools, and technologies aligned with enterprise architecture principles • Partner with business leaders, product owners, and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions • Advise stakeholders while balancing business priorities, technical feasibility, effort, and risk • Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives • Provide architectural guidance to development, infrastructure, and vendor teams • Guide developers and administrators on when to use Flow, Apex, or LWC • Manage API limits and select real-time, batch, or event-driven integration patterns • Ensure solutions adhere to security, data privacy, and compliance standards • Review and approve technical designs, integrations, and system changes • Architect integrations across ERP SAP, HRIS, CRM, cloud platforms, and CPQ • Ensure consistency and interoperability across platforms and environments • Support cloud, hybrid, and on-premises solutions • Define and maintain architecture standards, best practices, and documentation • Participate in architecture review boards and change management processes • Document the rationale behind architectural decisions • Identify technical debt and recommend remediation strategies • Evaluate third-party vendors and solution providers, including AppExchange • Support RFPs, vendor selection, and contract reviews from a technical perspective • Partner with project managers and project owners to deliver solutions on time and within scope

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect • 7+ years of progressive IT experience • At least 3–5 years in a Solutions Architect or equivalent role • Deep expertise with Sales Cloud • Experience designing enterprise-level solutions across applications, infrastructure, data, and integrations • Proven experience working in complex, cross-functional environments • Strong knowledge of AgentForce, Mulesoft and Sales Cloud environment • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Knowledge of application architecture and system integrations
