Descrição

• Provide technical leadership in the continued development of backend systems and actively shape the future architecture • Analyze the existing system landscape, identify technological opportunities, and develop scalable, sustainable solution architectures • Design and implement robust backend components and APIs using PHP/Symfony and C#/.NET • Make architecture and technology decisions collaboratively with the team and ensure their consistent implementation • Support the migration of on-premises solutions to modern cloud architectures • Develop strategies for the gradual modernization of systems • Establish and improve technical standards for code quality, testing, performance, security, and maintainability • Conduct code reviews and support colleagues with challenging development tasks • Analyze complex bugs as well as performance and stability issues, and develop sustainable solutions • Promote the targeted use of Generative AI for code generation, refactoring, test case creation, documentation, and quality assurance • Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and actively support the team’s continued development • Optimize MySQL and PostgreSQL databases for performance, maintainability, and scalability • Work closely with product management and other stakeholders to ensure that technical decisions deliver clear value to customers

🎯 Requisitos

• Completed degree or vocational training in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience developing complex backend systems, as well as experience in a technical leadership role, such as Lead Developer, Tech Lead, or Software Architect • Excellent knowledge of PHP 8.x and Symfony 7.x+ as well as RESTful API development • And/or excellent knowledge of C# and .NET 8+, ideally with experience in Entity Framework Core • Solid experience in software architecture, design patterns, Clean Code, and modernizing legacy applications • Experience with unit and integration testing, particularly PHPUnit and PHPStan/xUnit and Roslyn, as well as CI/CD pipelines • Good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes and an understanding of modern, scalable cloud architectures • Solid experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL, including performance optimization • Experience with event-driven architecture and message brokers, ideally RabbitMQ • Experience using modern AI tools in the software development process • Excellent communication skills in German and English • A strong sense of ownership, sound decision-making skills, and the ability to bring together differing technical perspectives • Independent, solution-oriented approach to work • Openness to new technologies and a commitment to continuous development
