Descrição

• Deliver scalable platform capabilities, including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks, aligned with roadmap priorities • Drive the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance • Apply cloud-native architecture principles to build scalable, resilient, and agile systems • Conduct system design reviews to validate quality and architectural alignment • Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and automation features • Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions and engineering best practices • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements • Continuously improve processes, tools, and products through data-driven decision-making and innovation • Develop and maintain high-quality services and APIs supporting programmatic ad delivery across web and app platforms

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; or 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area • Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation • Strong proficiency in Java and programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and C++ • Experience with full software development lifecycle activities, including design reviews, CI/CD deployment, testing, and maintenance • Ability to design APIs and develop software prototypes • Skills in mentoring engineers and influencing architectural decisions • Data-driven decision-making capabilities to define metrics and optimize engineering processes • Effective collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Ability to work in a drug-free workplace and comply with Walmart’s no-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and alcohol on the job
