Descrição

• Coaching, leading and developing Area Managers • Responsible for managing persons in outside sales within the assigned region. • Assisting with hiring and training new area managers • Presenting and selling company products and services to current and potential clients. • Preparing action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. • Identifying sales prospects and contacting these and other accounts as assigned. • Developing and maintaining sales materials and current product knowledge. • Establishing and maintaining current client and potential client relationships. • Managing Area Managers through quality checks and other follow-up. • Identifying and resolving client concerns. • Preparing a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. • Communicating new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. • Developing and implementing special sales activities to reduce dealer attrition • Participating in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events. • Comfortable Travelling up to 75% of the time, due to visiting Auto Dealers • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum of 5 years sales management • High energy and with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and various sales software applications • Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field • Qualified Candidates should live in Region • Computer skills are a must. MS Office (Excel and word).
