Descrição

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including intake and triage, drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, filing, renewing, and terminating contracts • Manage the queue of contracting and legal requests according to priority and urgency • Review, redline, and negotiate contracts while ensuring regulatory compliance • Handle sell-side and buy-side contracting across multiple lines of business • Manage confidentiality, services, statements of work, business associate, data protection, independent contractor, software license, and SaaS agreements • Route documents for deviation review, approvals, and signatures • Manage contract expirations and collaborate with Business Development, Account Management, and internal business partners • Maintain contracts in CLM or another repository • Assist with template maintenance, playbook development, and clause library development • Assist with corporate filings, registrations of government entities, and business licenses • Coordinate and prepare document production subpoena responses • Advise internal stakeholders and business partners on contracting best practices, internal standards, and regulatory compliance • Collaborate with Operations and Medical Records teams on medical-record requests • Support cross-functional objectives and departmental operations in the leader’s absence • Perform additional duties assigned by the leader for efficient operation of WorkCare

🎯 Requisitos

• BA/BS degree required, preferably in Paralegal/Legal Studies, Law, or Business with a Concentration in Law • Juris Doctor preferred but not required • Six or more years of contracting experience in a law firm or corporate contracts or legal department • Notary, or willingness to become one • Prior experience in healthcare or another regulated industry preferred • Comprehensive knowledge of contract structures, legal terminology, and legal concepts • Strong critical and analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Cross-functional communication and collaboration experience with sales, account management, internal business partners, and operational teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines with attention to detail, accuracy, and urgency • Ability to explain legal concepts and guide stakeholders on best practices • Superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail • Intermediate knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA • Ability to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality • Ability to meet and exceed daily and weekly individual performance goals • Ability to work independently and collaborate or assist when needed • Proficiency in the Windows operating system environment • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Teams • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Professional and Adobe Sign • Experience with contract management systems • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred • Ability to learn other software as needed • Ability to meet the physical and home-office setup requirements, including Company IT, privacy, and safety requirements
