Descrição

• Turn customer needs into production AI agents, endpoints, tools, and user experiences • Build production agents and tools for retrieval, multi-step workflows, and action-taking on Amazon Bedrock, using Bedrock AgentCore and MCP • Convert semantic-layer and service-API capabilities into effective agent endpoints and tools • Shape answer speed, confidence, explanations, and next steps • Build evaluation harnesses with labelled test sets, groundedness and hallucination metrics, and CI regression gates • Measure adoption, feedback, intent, task success, and decision quality; report impact to Product and the business • Instrument tracing, diagnose failure modes, implement fixes, and iterate • Own MCP endpoints, latency, response cost, caching, runtime guardrails, deployment, and testing • Partner with Product Managers and engineers on agent-supported decisions • Propose and drive data or infrastructure changes with the platform team

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years building production software or data-intensive systems used by real customers • Strong Python skills • At least one LLM or agent feature shipped to production users • Hands-on AWS experience; Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore exposure is advantageous • Experience with agent orchestration, tool and function design, context assembly, and multi-step workflows • Experience building retrieval over real business data • SQL and metric fluency • Experience building or owning an evaluation loop for a generative system, including labelled sets and regression gates • Product sense for AI, including decisions about when an agent should answer, ask, or refuse and how it should show its work • Experience quantifying agent adoption, task success, and decision quality • Experience using coding agents on real production work • Ability to distinguish correct output from merely plausible output • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Applicants must currently have the legal right to work in the UK • Must be able to work remotely from the UK • No visa sponsorship available
