Descrição

• Join a dynamic team and actively share knowledge • Demonstrate initiative and contribute suggestions for improvement • Take technical ownership of the software product • Independently maintain, expand, and improve the backbone of the platform • Develop sustainable solutions for complex requirements • Ensure a maintainable software architecture over the long term • Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code • Design efficient development processes and deliver high-quality software • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code • Work with current Java versions, Google Kubernetes Engine, and Google Compute Engine • Create and implement containerized microservices using Docker and Kubernetes • Work closely with the Product Owner to deliver features

🎯 Requisitos

• Successfully completed a degree in Computer Science or training as an IT specialist for application development (m/f/d), or an equivalent qualification • Career changers with relevant experience are welcome • At least 5 years of experience in backend development • Excellent knowledge of backend development with Spring Boot • Knowledge of Java performance and scalability • Experience with AI-assisted development tools or willingness to use them productively • Experience developing scalable and secure backend features • Ability to quickly learn new technologies • Enthusiasm for agile software development • Understanding of Test-Driven Development, code reviews, and Continuous Delivery • Good written and spoken German and English • Fluent German is required • Ideally, experience with Elasticsearch or Solr, large volumes of data, and NoSQL databases • IAM experience is a plus, e.g., OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, SAML, SCIM, Keycloak, Auth0, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID
