Descrição

• Baselining/debugging new CNC equipment systems • Training new customers and operators on equipment operation, procedures, and best practices • Troubleshooting existing equipment systems • Performing data analysis to assess machinery performance • Documenting machine safety, maintenance, and operational reports • Reading and interpreting layout, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams/schematics • Collaborating with engineers, service managers, and customers • Reporting in an accurate, clear and thorough manner • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers on CNC machine tools • Develop and optimize cutting parameters, and processes for customer applications • Assist with on-site or remote troubleshooting • Collaborate with customers to improve machine utilization and cycle times • Generate application reports, case studies, and technical documentation • Work alongside engineering, service, and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction • Provide feedback for product improvements and customer pain points

🎯 Requisitos

• Foundation of engineering technical knowledge such as a degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET) (preferred, but not required) • Experience with CNC machine tools • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams (layout/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic) • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills • Experience in laser cutting strongly preferred • Excellent communication and reporting skills • Self-motivated with strong customer-service orientation • Ability to problem solve methodically, and provide logical solutions • Must live within one hour of a major U.S. airport
