Descrição

• Manage full sales cycle, from setting demos to closing deals • Educate, strategize, and successfully discuss Repair Pal Certified through daily prospecting, consisting of +/- 50 phone calls a day, responding to leads, and through individual prospect development. • Create opportunities using Salesforce • Follow up on customer agreements • Follow up with customers to help expedite the certification process • Meet or exceeding established sales targets • Assist in developing go-to-market field strategies and processes • Develop sales pitches and strategies that produce winning outcomes • Manage the sales cycle and business conversations with an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset • Represent the RepairPal brand with professionalism and integrity • Periodically attend trade shows

🎯 Requisitos

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3+ years’ experience in inside/phone sales and/or the automotive industry • Knowledge of G suite products and ability to learn and use various software programs • Experience using Salesforce CRM preferred • Background in or affinity for the auto industry and auto-related technology is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong customer service and phone skills • Strong planning and organizational skills • Ability to close sales via phone or virtual meeting • Ability to work in both a collaborative, team-oriented environment
