Descrição

• Build and maintain relationships with Medicare, State Medicaid Agencies, managed care partners, recovery vendors, and private or other government lien representatives • Collaborate with department leadership on resolution strategy and protocol formation based on project requirements and client directives • Coordinate with lien resolution operations teams on milestones, deliverables, and timeframes related to health plan agencies • Assist with client communication when appropriate • Track health plan agency resolution progress and ensure program/protocol requirements and internal service levels are met • Identify and escalate delays or anticipated obstacles • Create and maintain a master directory of health plan agency profiles, key contacts, data points, and operational details • Integrate directory information into operational applications and monitor updates • Serve as the main point of contact and authorized representative for health plan agency portal/account access • Coordinate agency relationship meetings and maintain regular communications • Assist with creating, producing, and disseminating reports for clients and health plan agencies • Participate in meetings with the tech/development team regarding the company portal build-out • Collaborate with the tech/development team on tool implementation and issue prioritization • Assist with miscellaneous lien resolution activities as needed

🎯 Requisitos

• 3–5 years of experience managing relationships with external stakeholders such as government agencies, health plans, or managed care organizations within lien resolution, Medicare/Medicaid coordination, or healthcare revenue cycle operations • Experience working with technical data and resolving data-related issues with internal teams • Effective cross-functional collaboration across legal, operations, and technical teams • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity with minimal oversight • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with commitment to accuracy and follow-through • Clear, professional communication skills for engaging internal teams and external agency partners • Team-oriented and adaptable; able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred • Willingness to travel minimally, 1–2 times per year, as required • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support now or in the future
