Beschreibung

• be the point of contact for all technical topics from the squad (you can then redirect to another member of the squad) • be the coach for the other developers of the squad (do Performance reviews and Career Path assessments) • participate in monthly meetings altogether with CPTO and Engineering Director to celebrate successes and discuss technical or organizational challenges • keep coding, up to 80% of your time

🎯 Anforderungen

• You have either formally or informally served as a tech lead/mentor/coach for a team of software engineers working on a Saas platform for 2+ years. • You have led technical initiatives in an environment where performance, reliability, and accuracy are paramount and where “feature development” and roadmaps are measured in months and quarters. • You have significant full stack programming experience including experience with Agile methodologies, SaaS software architecture, and modern programming languages • You have a product-oriented mindset and care deeply about the customers and the customer experience. • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills • Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR) • Enthusiasm for our working environment explained here: https://bit.ly/Convexity360L
