Beschreibung

• Utilize requirements management tools such as IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM), JIRA, or similar tools to establish repositories, perform traceability, and provide expert-level support. • Develop and analyze complex process flow charts, diagrams, and presentations to facilitate understanding and improvement of business processes. • Facilitate business transitions and provide strategic recommendations for implementing process changes. • Gather and interpret relevant data to support decision-making, demonstrating excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Apply business process reengineering techniques, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills. • Maintain a detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all deliverables. • Adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and organizational objectives. • Prepare and facilitate meetings to determine cross-project priorities and support integration of RE Solutions with other IT programs and initiatives.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specializing in requirements management and business process analysis. • Experience working with the IRS, specifically in IT and IMF/CADE2 domain. • Proven experience with requirements management tools such as IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM), JIRA, or equivalent. • Strong expertise in developing and analyzing complex process flow charts, diagrams, and presentations. • Proficiency in facilitating business transitions and implementing process changes. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively. • Familiarity with business process reengineering techniques, tools, and best practices. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly.
