Beschreibung

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to expand 3M’s footprint within Grainger’s US and Canadian National Account organizations. • Lead "accelerated engagement" initiatives with the Grainger National Account organization, ensuring 3M is the preferred partner for large-scale industrial end-user contracts. • Design and deploy national sales programs, promotional campaigns, and logistical enhancements. • Manage the project lifecycle from ideation through field execution. • Act as the central nervous system between 3M’s various divisions and Grainger’s National Account sales and leadership teams. • Utilize advanced business intelligence to identify white-space opportunities, analyze competitive threats, and adapt strategies to shifting industrial distribution trends.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution • Five (5) years in Key Account Management, Industrial Distribution, or Sales Leadership in a private, public, government or military environment • One (1) year of experience in Project Management frameworks in a private, public, government or military environment • MBA • Experience managing multi-national accounts (specifically US/Canada) is highly desirable.
