Beschreibung

• Develop, design, and implement high-quality, data-driven sales intelligence tools • Support sales and operations planning (S&OP) • Provide accurate customer demand data and consistent reporting for manufacturing and financial forecasts • Oversee the daily activities of Demand Planners • Manage end-to-end demand signals and optimize inventory levels using traditional forecasting, AI, and machine learning • Provide guidance to staff and make decisions on escalated issues • Conduct performance appraisals and provide performance feedback and development opportunities • Lead company initiatives and process improvements as a change agent • Recommend applicable statistical models and analyze prior demand history • Monitor actual demand and market trends and suggest monthly forecast adjustments • Coordinate with Product Management on product phase-in/phase-out decisions • Represent North America in global demand planning meetings • Coordinate with Channel Marketing on campaign forecasting and communicate decisions to S&OP Demand Planners

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred, or equivalent work experience required • 5+ years of sales forecasting experience required • Demonstrated experience or strong familiarity with AI forecasting applications and demand-sensing platforms • Ability to analyze and communicate numerical data utilizing analysis capabilities • Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Power BI/Domo, required • Experience leading or developing others, either directly or through project leadership • Capable of using data analytics to influence business decisions and drive outcomes • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and SharePoint • Advanced written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence stakeholders within and outside of Supply Chain • Travel may be required
