Beschreibung

• Responsible for driving new business development activities • Nurturing strategic partnerships • Working collaboratively with internal teams to acquire world-class events • Report to the Head of Business Development • Work closely with Kestone Global's management team to achieve the company's goals

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Event Sales specializing in events management • Experience in hunting, identifying, negotiating, and closing business deals • Strong interpersonal, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of professionals • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, plans, and budgets • Knowledge of the events industry and proven success in achieving targets and driving business growth • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Salesforce / Hub Spot or similar customer relationship management software • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable in multiple languages is a plus • Must be currently based in the USA and have the necessary non-company sponsored permit to work in the USA • Comfortable using MS Teams / Zoom to discuss project matters with the wider team across Asia • Familiar with virtual events.
