Beschreibung

• Manage the largest existing and new clients within the assigned group • Provide proactive and consultative client support to maintain customer relations and expand relationships • Manage client solutions, enhancements, change requests, marketing requests, and exception requests • Implement program changes and work with business partners to bring products and programs to market • Manage enhancements and functionality rollouts for existing products, programs, and services • Develop and maintain the department’s strategic plan • Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional partners on product development, implementation, and servicing issues • Deliver timely issue resolution with IT, Operations, Business Controls, Compliance Financial Crimes, Accounting, and vendors • Conduct competitor research on product features, pricing, and service quality • Minimize financial and reputational risk to the Bancorp • Monitor industry trends and maintain industry expertise • Participate in organic growth strategies and evaluate, integrate, manage, and grow new business opportunities • Provide executive communication and advocate for clients with internal stakeholders • May lead or mentor team members

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on Business, Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Banking or Account Management • Ability to prioritize regular workload, special tasks, and concurrent projects • Ability to allocate time and resources to complete work accurately and efficiently within established time frames • Self-motivated • Team-oriented • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Capacity to quickly develop deep technical understanding of mobile wallet and digital payment processing, technology, and capabilities • Broad understanding of the Payments industry and supporting business systems • Highly skilled in Windows-based software programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent analytical, presentation, written communication, and oral communication skills
