Beschreibung

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements • Develop process documentation, user stories, and business workflows • Support configuration decisions aligned with best practices in IT portfolio and financial management • Develop and execute test plans and test case scenarios • Validate system functionality, reports, and dashboards • Identify and track defects, and support remediation efforts • Design and deliver training materials, including user guides, video walkthroughs, and SOPs • Facilitate virtual and live training sessions for end-users and stakeholders • Provide ongoing user support and promote platform adoption

🎯 Anforderungen

• U.S. Citizenship OR Permanent Resident • Active Public Trust or higher clearance • 3+ years of experience as an Analyst, Tester, Trainer • Experience documenting functional and technical requirements into User Stories and Expected Results • Experience developing Test Plans, test cases, and tracking issues • Demonstrated ability to test systems against documented requirements • Design and deliver training materials, including user guides, video walkthroughs, and SOPs • Facilitate virtual training sessions for end-users and stakeholders • Extremely well-developed organizational, time management, and analytical skills • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information
