Beschreibung

• Act as the main technical authority for electrical solutions • Lead technical engagement across customer interactions and internal teams • Architect complete electrical solutions using ABB and third-party products and systems in response to RFQs • Estimate engineering effort and identify and assess project risks • Collaborate with Sales Manager, Bid Managers, Operations, and other Local Units and Divisions • Prepare customer-focused technical offers that articulate the proposed solution and its value • Evaluate ABB and third-party solutions • Work with Supply Chain to improve competitiveness and profitability through discount strategies • Capture lessons learned and drive improvements to processes and tools • Support the sales team on electrical opportunities, including Major Pursuits, to help win opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Knowledge of electrical equipment including HV Switchgears, MV Switchgears, LV Switchgear, LV Distribution Boards, UPS, Transformers, Packaged substations, Drives and Motors, and E-House • Knowledge of integration of electrical systems with control and telecom systems is a plus • Knowledge of electrical integration to control systems is a plus • Ability to read/create electrical system models in ETAP/PowerFactory • Ability to create substation/E-House/Modular LER layouts • Ability to interpret HVAC, Fire and Gas detection, Fire Suppression, Cabling and Civil requirements • Strong safety and integrity leadership • Strong commercial acumen • Results-oriented, well-organised, able to prioritise effectively, manage multiple tasks, and apply pragmatic problem-solving with a systems-thinking approach • Strong attention to detail while maintaining a holistic view of the overall solution and objectives • Strong ownership; personable, dependable, and trusted by stakeholders • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Fluency in English is essential • Ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally within own unit and across the wider organisation
