Beschreibung

• Act as a technical authority in the development of engineering solutions focused on industrial automation. • Lead mid- to large-scale projects, ensuring high-quality technical delivery aligned with safety, cybersecurity, and compliance standards. • Serve as a technical reference, ensuring project execution is aligned with contracts, quality standards, safety protocols, and cybersecurity policies. • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and propose tailored technical solutions, incorporating continuous feedback. • Develop work plans, cost estimates, and ensure on-time, on-budget project implementation. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that systems are correctly manufactured, tested, installed, and commissioned. • Support and mentor engineers in technical development, promoting best practices and sharing lessons learned.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Advanced knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), exclusively in the pulp and paper industry. • Degree in Software Engineering, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning. • Solid experience in industrial software development and implementation. • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus). • Strong ability to engage with clients and translate business needs into digital and technical solutions.
