Beschreibung

• Oversee the delivery of service projects and Customer Care Agreements within North America • Monitor customer service orders ensuring best practices in cost control, resource efficiency, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) • Analyze and address project risks, disseminate lessons learned • Coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers • Prepare quotes and implement contract changes based on customer requests • Achieving service order deliverables and compliance with contract requirements • Coordinate project team effort including engineering, testing, site work activities and sub-contractors • Review status, monitor, analyze and report on contract performance

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar Engineering preferred or equivalent work experience • 5+ years’ experience managing industrial control systems and electrical apparatus projects • Demonstrated experience in project management of scope, cost, financial analysis, schedules, vendors/subcontractors • Collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills • Project Management PMP designation is desired • Fluent in English. French communication skills as an asset. • Strong computer skills – SAP or other ERP and MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
