Beschreibung

• Develop and implement payer marketing strategies to expand reimbursement and support new product launches • Collaborate with Payer Account Management, HEOR, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Regulatory teams • Conduct market research and analysis to identify payer needs, trends, and opportunities • Create and deliver value propositions, messaging, and marketing materials for payer audiences • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Monitor and evaluate payer marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed • Stay informed about healthcare policies, reimbursement trends, and the competitive landscape • Participate in strategic planning and financial planning processes • Understand competitive offerings and provide positioning and differentiation tools • Interface with consultants, market research firms, advertising agencies, vendors, and customers • Utilize market research and customer input to achieve reimbursement and market access goals • Achieve Market Access organization goals and objectives • Ensure compliance with quality and ethics requirements

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field • MBA preferred • 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry or equivalent experience • In-depth understanding of payer and reimbursement market dynamics, including commercialization, pricing and reimbursement • Proven ability to manage vendors and agencies to deliver successful marketing campaigns • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into strategy • Previous experience in marketing or managed care marketing • Strong project management skills, including driving projects independently, establishing budgets, and meeting deadlines • Ability to collaborate, influence, and work with internal and external stakeholders • Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines under business constraints • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to craft and deliver compelling narratives • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Ability to travel frequently; travel is 50% of the time • Must ensure compliance with the Quality System and Ethics/Compliance guidelines
