Beschreibung

• Serve as a trusted advisor to established customers, fostering loyalty and achieving retention targets • Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and regular business reviews • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Managers to secure early renewals and mitigate competitive threats • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on value expansion and profitability • Identify and implement operational and service improvements to drive customer success • Influence purchasing decisions and optimize reagent utilization • Perform assay integrations and address laboratory technical needs • Support new account implementations, including ordering, installation, and validation • Coordinate order, delivery, and billing processes • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Technical Service, and Finance • Escalate and resolve customer challenges with the service organization • Document complaints and resolutions accurately to contribute to quality effectiveness • Drive growth, expand market share, improve profitability, increase customer loyalty, retain business through renewals, and close new solutions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years, Associate’s degree + 5 years, or HS/GED + 7 years of relevant experience • Professional experience in sales or laboratory operations • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory • Must reside in the territory, ideally in a metropolitan area near a major airport • Territory includes Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and western Ohio • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or a healthcare-related field • Preferred: Proven track record in sales, field service, or a technical call center • Preferred: Deep understanding of laboratory instrumentation, workflows, and regulatory requirements • Ability to travel up to 75%-80% in the assigned territory and other domestic business locations • Expected up to 50% overnight travel
