Beschreibung

• Establish a comprehensive mature security posture and hygiene strategy for AI technologies • Assemble and manage a team to implement and mature CIS Top 18 critical controls • Develop and execute strategies for continuous monitoring and improvement of security controls • Ensure the hygiene of security configurations to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches • Collaborate with IT and network departments to align security measures • Develop and maintain documentation on security controls and incidents • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement • Foster strong partnerships with technology stakeholders • Stay abreast of cybersecurity trends to adapt strategies • Lead initiatives to educate and train team members on cybersecurity practices • Oversee daily operations, including risk management and response strategies • Build collaborative relationships with business and technology leaders • Maintain expert-level professional and technical knowledge

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelors Degree and 9 years of experience OR Masters Degree and 8 years of experience OR PhD and 4 years of experience • Proven leadership in cybersecurity, managing security posture and hygiene strategies • Experience implementing an AI security program across an enterprise • Expert knowledge of operating systems and networking protocols • Expert knowledge of cybersecurity terminology and concepts • Deep understanding of risk management principles • Advanced critical thinking and analytical skills • Strong leadership and collaboration skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Professional cybersecurity certifications are highly desirable
