Beschreibung

• Represent the SkinMedica, DiamondGlow, and Latisse brands and promote the product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers • Directly sell physician-dispensed skincare and skin resurfacing systems • Execute pull-through programs and patient events • Provide technical product and procedure expertise and competitive product differentiation • Collaborate with Facial Aesthetics, Plastic Surgery, Coolsculpting, APCs, Marketing, and other sales forces • Achieve sales quotas for skincare, consumables, and equipment • Execute marketing plans, including device placement and pull-through product promotions • Create call plans across the product portfolio • Demonstrate DiamondGlow treatments and educate customers on proper techniques • Build customer relationships and manage new and existing accounts • Assess customer and product needs, place account orders, merchandise offices, and support events • Develop and implement territory business plans based on territory metrics • Educate customers through individual and group presentations and trainings • Manage field assets, expenses, equipment, resources, and budgets • Submit required reports and comply with company, travel, expense, and compliance policies • Provide product samples as necessary

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience required • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience required • Business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) sales experience preferred • Aesthetics sales background or related experience with a skin care company highly desirable • Valid driver's license • Analytical skills • Strong business acumen • Proven selling skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong contract/negotiating skills • Financial/budgetary experience • Ability to travel • Ability to lift 50 lbs. • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other software • Field-based throughout Louisiana and Mississippi, with expectation of being out in the field 5 days a week
