Beschreibung

• Lead the end-to-end process for enterprise financial consolidation across all business units and geographies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in results. • Develop, maintain, and automate standardized management and operational reporting to support executive visibility, forecasting accuracy, and decision support. • Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and analytics. • Own preparation and delivery of all monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for executive leadership, the CEO, and the Board of Directors. • Develop clear, data-driven narratives and visuals that communicate company performance, key trends, and strategic initiatives. • Oversee and continuously improve budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. • Monitor key growth metrics to support data-driven decision-making. • Lead administration and enhancement of Workday Adaptive Planning and related financial systems.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. • 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology-based organization. • Proven expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and planning, including experience preparing materials for executive leadership and Boards of Directors. • Advanced experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (or similar tools) and strong understanding of ERP and data integrations. • Deep knowledge of SaaS financial metrics, business models, and unit economics. • Demonstrated success managing and developing teams in a fast-paced, private equity–backed environment. • Experience supporting investor relations, capital planning, or strategic finance initiatives is a plus. • Exposure to automation and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) for enhanced reporting is nice to have. • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly and persuasively.
