Beschreibung

• Own the preparation and review of monthly revenue-related reconciliations, rollforwards, and supporting schedules • Prepare and review journal entries and flux analyses for revenue, deferred revenue, accounts receivable, commissions, and other related accounts • Maintain complete, audit-ready documentation for recurring close activities, including organized workpapers, reconciliations, and supporting evidence • Lead assigned revenue close deliverables, ensuring work is completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established policies and controls • Investigate and resolve accounting issues, unusual items, and reconciling differences in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders • Support external audits by preparing support, coordinating requests, responding to inquiries, and documenting accounting positions • Partner with Deal Desk, FP&A, Legal, and other teams to resolve operational issues and improve upstream process quality • Identify and drive opportunities to streamline close activities through standardization, automation, and AI-enabled workflows

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 4+ years of progressive accounting, audit, or related finance experience • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with experience applying revenue recognition guidance and related accounting principles • Demonstrated experience owning or leading recurring close activities, reconciliations, and financial analyses in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to identify issues, evaluate root causes, and implement solutions with limited oversight • Advanced Excel skills, including reconciliations, lookups, and analysis of large datasets
