Beschreibung

• Design, implement, and operate a standardized CI/CD framework supporting Dev, QA, PartnerLab, Staging, and Production environments • Define promotion workflows, enforce quality gates, maintain artifact immutability, and ensure parity across AWS and on-premises systems • Implement feature flags, canary deployments, blue-green rollouts, automated rollbacks, and release traceability • Integrate unit, integration, regression, security, and performance testing into CI/CD pipelines • Support controlled manual validation workflows with observability • Automate database schema versioning, migrations, rollbacks, validation, and lower-environment refresh pipelines with data masking and PII anonymization • Define and enforce observability standards across logs, metrics, and traces • Maintain service health dashboards, alerting, deployment health signals, and incident response workflows • Embed security scanning, secrets management, least-privilege IAM, credential rotation, and artifact integrity verification into pipelines • Align delivery processes with enterprise change management and audit requirements

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and operating end-to-end CI/CD platforms • Experience with AWS, including ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch; AWS experience is mandatory • Experience with hybrid infrastructure across on-premises VMs, bare-metal, and internal networking platforms • Experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning • Experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, CI/CD orchestration, artifact versioning, and promotion strategies • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, Helm, automated testing frameworks, static and dynamic analysis tools, and feature flag management platforms • Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server; database experience is mandatory • Experience with schema migration tooling, data masking, and anonymization • Experience with Prometheus, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Uptrends, and PagerDuty • Experience with HashiCorp Vault or AWS Secrets Manager, secure pipeline design, and compliance-ready audit workflows • Expertise in automation, reliability engineering, progressive delivery, security-by-design, and platform standardization
