Beschreibung

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving at the branch, creating a welcoming and supportive experience • Answer inbound calls, provide clear information, and resolve common questions or concerns • Partner with the branch team to identify solutions and coordinate timely equipment delivery to meet patient needs • Work closely with the sales team, referral sources, and patients to collect required documentation, secure health plan authorizations, and ensure compliance with insurance guidelines • Review new and existing patient accounts to help maximize health plan benefits and accelerate access to needed equipment and care • Proactively follow up with patients to confirm satisfaction and address any outstanding needs • Test equipment functionality as needed to ensure quality and readiness • Contribute to overall branch success by supporting additional responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma or equivalent • At least one-year of related work experience • English reading, writing, and speaking skills • Willingness to learn • Dependability • Adaptability • Strong customer service and bedside manner • Intermediate computer skills • Time management • Effective communication in person, on the phone, and electronically
