Beschreibung

• Supervise full-time and part-time employees who interact with patients and customers in person and via email, phone, live chat, and other methods • Create an inspiring team atmosphere with open communication • Set clear team goals and motivate team members • Listen to team feedback and resolve issues or conflicts • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments • Encourage creativity and organize team-building activities • Oversee and direct day-to-day operational team activity in unbilled work for the designated market • Support local branch offices within the designated market • Monitor team performance in resolving new and recurring patient accounts and obtaining documentation required for billing • Research and secure customer information to continue equipment coverage through health insurance plans • Manage collaborative relationships with field leadership, referral sources, and patients to drive account resolution • Evaluate documentation for compliance with relevant standards and regulations • Perform follow-up to achieve timely reimbursement • Provide accountability, coaching, and staff development for the market account resolution team • Conduct strategic needs assessments and support motivated teams • Monitor transactional trends and identify process-improvement opportunities • Initiate and monitor action plans when operational targets are not met or performance issues are indicated • Manage performance, hiring, and discipline of direct reports • Provide work-assignment direction and timely coaching and feedback • Ensure assignments are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school degree or equivalent • 5-years-experience in healthcare/health insurance preferred • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel • Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word • Intermediate level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand, interpret and develop spreadsheet data • English reading, writing, and verbal skills • Ability to occasionally lift equipment up to 50 lbs. • Degree in management or training in team leading is a plus
