Beschreibung

• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service) • Configure Dynamics modules to meet business requirements, including entity creation, form design, views, business rules, and automated processes • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate) • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and solutions • Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployment of customizations and updates • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions, including performance tuning and issue resolution • Create and maintain high‑quality technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and operational processes • Ensure solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices, compliance requirements, and established security standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service) • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform) • Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and enterprise integration tools • Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business partners
