Beschreibung

• Develop and maintain production-grade backend services using Python • Implement and integrate REST APIs for internal and external consumers • Work with AWS cloud services, including compute, storage, and common cloud patterns • Contribute to batch, streaming, and near real-time data processing flows • Integrate backend services with external systems, third-party APIs, and AI inference services • Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases • Contribute to Flutter mobile application features up to approximately 20% of the time • Use CI/CD pipelines for deployments, versioning, and environment management • Apply logging, monitoring, and observability practices to support production systems • Debug and resolve production issues, collaborating with senior engineers on complex cross-service problems • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code focused on performance and reliability • Collaborate with mobile, Product, DevOps, and other engineering teams • Participate in agile ceremonies, planning, and estimation • Flag risks, blockers, and technical dependencies early

🎯 Anforderungen

• Professional experience as a Backend Engineer with solid hands-on Python experience • Experience contributing to production-grade backend services • Good understanding of REST API implementation and integration • Practical Flutter and mobile app development experience, with willingness to contribute to mobile features part-time (~20%) • Practical experience with AWS cloud services • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases • Understanding of incoming data streams, batch processing, or near real-time flows • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and versioning • Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability tools • Good problem-solving and debugging skills • Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Accountability for delivered feature quality and openness to feedback • Attention to code quality, performance, and maintainability • Comfortable working in agile teams and adapting to changing priorities • Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity and automate or reduce repetitive work • Ability to use AI tools responsibly, validate outputs, understand limitations, and own final results • Nice to have: event-driven architectures, queues, messaging systems, or asynchronous processing • Nice to have: AI inference services or machine learning-related APIs • Nice to have: mobile app publishing and iOS/Android release processes • Nice to have: infrastructure-as-code, containerization, or orchestration tools • Nice to have: basic Go knowledge or exposure • Nice to have: experience in reliability, observability, and production-support systems
