Beschreibung

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade backend services using Python • Build and integrate REST APIs for internal and external consumers • Work with AWS cloud services and cloud architecture patterns • Develop and maintain batch, streaming, or near real-time data processing flows • Integrate backend services with external systems, third-party APIs, and AI inference services • Design and work with relational and/or NoSQL databases • Contribute to event-driven architectures using queues and messaging systems • Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, deployments, versioning, and environment management • Implement logging, monitoring, and observability practices • Debug complex production issues and identify root causes • Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, performant, and maintainable • Collaborate with mobile, Product, DevOps, and other engineering teams • Participate in agile ceremonies, planning, estimation, and technical decision-making • Identify risks, technical dependencies, and system improvement opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong professional experience as a Backend Engineer with solid Python experience • Experience building and maintaining production-grade backend services • Good understanding of REST API design, implementation, and integration • Practical experience with AWS cloud services and basic cloud architecture patterns • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases • Understanding of incoming data streams, batch processing, or near real-time flows • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, versioning, and environment management • Experience with logging, monitoring, and observability tools • Strong problem-solving skills in distributed or multi-service environments • Ability to debug complex issues across services, systems, and integrations • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Ownership and accountability for feature quality and system behavior • Attention to performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability • Ability to understand wider system impacts of technical decisions • Comfortable working in agile teams and adapting to changing priorities • Regular use of AI tools for productivity, automation, decision-making, and quality improvement • Ability to use AI tools responsibly, validate outputs, understand limitations, and own final results • Nice to have: basic understanding of or exposure to Go • Nice to have: experience with event-driven architectures, queues, messaging systems, or asynchronous processing • Nice to have: experience integrating AI inference services or machine learning-related APIs • Nice to have: experience with high-volume or performance-sensitive workloads • Nice to have: familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, containerization, or orchestration tools • Nice to have: experience working closely with mobile engineering teams • Nice to have: experience in systems where reliability, observability, and production support are critical
