Beschreibung

• Collaborate with AMER go-to-market team members and Sales counterparts to analyze sales performance, socialize trends, quantify risks & opportunities and support our overall monthly sales forecasting business processes. • Work on helping the team to improve forecast accuracy and achieve business targets by leveraging automated reporting & ad-hoc analysis, root cause investigations and facilitating cross-functional partner discussions.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Forecasting, Sales Strategy, Finance, Consulting or related field • Experience with consumer hardware or electronics industry preferred, OEM or 3rd party • Strong business acumen, analytical, data manipulation and reporting skillset • Distinctive structuring skills, with ability to synthesize data into useful formats and bring actionable insights through effective communication • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills with exceptional follow up/follow through, with extreme attention to detail • Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to tight deadlines in a high paced and dynamic environment • Thrives in a dynamic team environment with natural ability to build strong relationships, maintain a positive attitude and be self-motivated • Fluency with Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Docs • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
