Beschreibung

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automated test suites across frontend web applications, backend APIs, and multi-tenant databases • Integrate automated regression, integration, and end-to-end tests into CI/CD deployment pipelines • Plan and execute performance, load, and stress testing strategies • Collaborate with product management and full-stack developers in planning, pairing, code reviews, and retrospectives • Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into clear automated test scenarios • Use AI/LLM developer tools to accelerate test case generation, synthesize mock test data, maintain test scripts, and optimize QA efficiency • Maintain technical test documentation, code comments, and user-facing release notes • Deliver broad, reliable automated UI and API test coverage for core SaaS features and microservices • Establish automated quality gates in CI/CD pipelines to prevent regressions reaching staging and production • Maintain updated load and performance benchmarks for critical platform workflows • Identify edge cases, reduce post-release bugs, and shorten release cycle times through early automation feedback

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years in a QA role or similar in a professional environment • Experience working in an agile development cycle • Proven experience shifting testing left by integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or Locust • Knowledge of utilising AI/LLM tooling • 4+ years of experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks • Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Capybara, or Selenium • Strong coding skills in Ruby, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python • Hands-on experience with API testing tools/frameworks • Ability to write SQL queries, including PostgreSQL, to validate test data state • Proven hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD pipelines • Practical knowledge of performance testing tools and load testing strategies • Practical experience using GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI/LLM tools for test script generation, data generation, and refactoring • Understanding of scalable test design patterns, Page Object Models, and test data management strategies • Applicants must submit a CV and short cover note • Must have the right to work in the UK • Experience testing media/video formats and asset processing pipelines is desirable
