Beschreibung

• You’ll work on building AI-powered systems that solve real business problems — combining code, APIs, and AI tools to create reliable, scalable solutions. • Build and deploy AI-powered workflows and backend systems • Design solutions that combine APIs, scripts, and AI agents • Work with internal teams to understand problems and turn them into technical solutions • Prototype quickly — but also improve and harden systems over time • Optimize solutions (e.g., reduce token usage, improve performance) • Debug and adapt systems when things don’t work as expected • Document your work and explain your thinking clearly

🎯 Anforderungen

• Solid programming fundamentals (Python preferred) • Comfortable working with APIs and building integrations • Ability to build solutions without relying entirely on AI tools • Strong problem-solving skills — you can break down and reason through problems • Clear communication — you can explain what you built and why • Curiosity and ownership — you like figuring things out, not just following instructions • Experience building backend systems, scripts, or APIs (highly valued) • Projects where you combined code + AI (not just prompting tools) • Understanding of how systems work under the hood (not just using them) • Experience debugging or improving existing systems (nice to have but not the focus) • Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) • Exposure to automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) • Data pipelines, scraping, or workflow automation
