Beschreibung
• Coordinate the merchant onboarding process and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams • Maintain day-to-day merchant relationships as the primary operational contact • Collaborate with Business Development, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Development teams • Monitor payment performance, transaction volumes, and operational metrics, escalating issues when necessary • Coordinate merchant settlements and resolve settlement-related queries • Follow up on technical support requests and ensure timely communication • Prepare operational updates, performance reports, and portfolio information • Inform merchants about payment methods, service updates, pricing changes, and company products • Resolve day-to-day client issues and escalate complex cases • Maintain accurate client records, systems, and documentation • Deliver high customer service throughout the merchant lifecycle
🎯 Anforderungen
• 1+ year of professional experience in account management or customer support • Experience preferably in card acquiring, payments, financial services, or banking industries • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to develop good working relationships with clients • Ability to work independently • Organizational and time management skills • Strong attention to detail • Fluent English language • Clear verbal and written communication • Efficient team player • Problem-solving ability
