Beschreibung

• Owns client proposal development in collaboration with Commercial Sales Account Executives • Coordinates cross-functionally within Commercial Sales and with various Advarra SMEs in the development of proposals, vendor assessments, and other requested documents • Ensures compliance with requirements specified in RFPs and vendor assessment requests • Customizes, proofreads, edits, and ensures accuracy of the final proposal/questionnaire document • Completes all required forms and obtains all necessary signatures • Manages the coordination and timeline for completion of the RFP or questionnaire • Maintains their project documentation including proposal/questionnaire, attachments, communications, etc. • Maintains and updates proposal boilerplate, current corporate information, location profiles, resumes, bios, customer references and templates as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree • 5-8 years’ experience in proposals, contracting, or a similar field • Computer skills, including proficiency using MS Office, Excel, Word and collaboration tools • Experience in Loopio or similar RFP system is a plus • Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external clients with a high degree of professionalism • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills • Ability to work independently; planning, organizing, scheduling and completing work within deadlines • Must be detail-oriented and possess strong written, oral and analytical skills • Ability to multi-task, establishing and managing conflicting demands and priorities
