• Leading and strategizing complex recruitment campaigns focused on senior and specialized positions • Shaping and influencing the overall recruitment strategy • Owning business and stakeholder relationships, providing strategic guidance and coaching • Developing innovative and targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates • Building talent networks in the life sciences industry • Overseeing the candidate assessment process • Mentoring and guiding junior team members • Managing recruitment projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Providing thought leadership and insights on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies • Driving collaboration and effective communication across all organizational levels

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience • 5+ years of experience advising and influencing senior leaders, including Sr Director and Executive-level stakeholders • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn) • Experience with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Experience recruiting in the life science and/or clinical research industry, preferably Good Clinical Practice (GCP)/Auditing.
