Beschreibung

• Orchestrate and drive successful and timely completion of tasks • Work with the customer to understand their processes • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders • Review and monitor project work • Identify and communicate project-related risks • Facilitate cross-functional discussions • Lead onsite and offsite meetings • Drive data migration activities • Share and encourage team learning and process improvements • Contribute to implementation and software documentation

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience • 4+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale implementation projects • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements • Ability to present and lead customer-facing group discussions • Ability to effectively negotiate and build consensus • 2 years of experience in the clinical research industry • Project Management Certification (PMP) (preferred) • Proven organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills • Ability to travel up to 25% • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Experience using MS Project and MS Access
